Karl Ewald

My name is Karl. I'm a second generation engineer. My father was trained as a chemical engineer but mostly worked as an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry. I have a double B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering. I also have a Masters and PhD in Materials Science and Engineering.

While working in industry with international teams in Russia, Romania, and Spain, I learned the importance of free and open communication. When your team is spread all across the globe, you need to invite your teammates to share their circumstance regardless of whether things are going well or they are facing obstacles.

Pursuing an education can present challenges. Think of me as your engineering team lead and rest assured I want to hear about any problems you are facing. Our team can only succeed together, so let's face the tough stuff together.
